As CEO, you will lead a values-driven organisation committed to self-determination, cultural integrity, and community-controlled care. You will work alongside Member Organisations, peak bodies, government, and partners to strengthen the ACCHO sector and build a more connected, effective, and culturally safe health system across Far North Queensland.
This is a rare opportunity to lead at a systems level — influencing policy, investment, and regional decision-making — while delivering meaningful, measurable improvements in health and wellbeing outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

The Chief Executive Officer is the principal leader of NATSIHA, responsible for driving a bold regional agenda that strengthens the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community Controlled Health sector across Far North Queensland.
As chief strategist and advocate, the CEO leads the organisation to:
Working closely with the Board, the CEO ensures strong governance, financial sustainability, and organisational performance, while building and maintaining strategic partnerships across Member Organisations, peak bodies, government, and the broader health sector.
The CEO plays a critical role in embedding cultural integrity, community voice, and the principles of self-determination across all aspects of NATSIHA’s work.
