These booklets provide information on the stages of chronic kidney disease, managing your kidney health, caring for your general health, activities to improve your general health and nutrition.

QAIHC has developed these resources in partnership with Gurriny Yealamucka Health Service Aboriginal Corporation, Mamu Health Service Limited, Mulungu Aboriginal Corporation Primary Health Care Service, Wuchopperen Health Service Limited, the Cairns Hospital Renal Department and Northern Queensland Primary Health Network (NQPHN).
