Resilience and self-care by Brian Dowd, Walkabout Barber

This workshop was designed to provide those attending the skills to accept, understand, make positive choices and take ownership of their day to day personal and professional lives.

During this workshop, participants will be guided through a step by step cleansing and healing process, which will enable those attending to be guided through a proven, precise and realistic road map for future professional resilience and personal self care. Participants will play an interactive role, by joining in on each activity on offer, and then sharing their own findings back to the larger group for a combined learning effort.

And more!
