The primary role of Corporate Services is to provide the supporting infrastructure to enable QAIHC to work efficiently and effectively. The team is therefore responsible for integrating corporate services related to finance, information management and technology, human resources, asset and facility management and administration functions.

Financial Services 

This area is responsible for all financial administration of QAIHC and includes areas such as

• financial planning and analysis

• financial budgeting and reporting

• coordination and preparation of budget documents and the annual audited financial statements

• development and maintenance of the chief executive instructions and delegations,

• development and maintenance of financial policy,

• accounts processing,

• cash management 

• financial monitoring 

Human Resource Services

Effective human resource management is pivotal to the operations and functions of QAIHC. Human Resource services provide expert and strategic advice in developing QAIHCs people management policies and practices and include areas such as

• employee relations 

• employee planning & reporting 

• employee development & conduct 

• recruitment issues/workforce planning

• physical and personal security and protection 

 


Administrative Services 

Administrative services provides and maintains a wide range of operational and administrative services in support of the daily operations of QAIHC and includes areas such as 

• material and equipment management

• member services

• facilities management

Information Management and Technology Services

Information management and Technology is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, operating and supporting all work unit information technology needs and includes areas such as 

• the provision and support of reliable systems and infrastructure

• records and information management
