To ensure member services continue to deliver comprehensive primary health care that is aligned to their strategic directions, the SDT prepares a revised budget including current income and expenditure.

The SDT assists services to review and update existing financial systems, and policies and procedures. This includes aligning policies and procedures to meet statutory and regulatory obligations. This may also involve reviewing and calibrating wages policies and remuneration packages, to that of other member organisations.
